• Custom orders require approval of a digital mock-up before production begins

• You must own or have permission to use all artwork submitted for printing
• Blue Peak Printworks is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement by customer-submitted artwork
• We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production has begun. If a product is defective or does not match the approved mock-up, contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. See our full return policy for details.
