Our Story
Blue Peak Printworks was founded by Davina Saayman, Danie Saayman, and Armandt Viljoen — a team united by a passion for quality and a belief that premium custom apparel shouldn't be reserved for big brands with big budgets.
We invested in the best DTF and DTG printing technology, multi-head embroidery, and a full accessories atelier — so that whether you need 3 pieces or 5,000, you get the same exceptional quality. Our studio in Luxemburg, Wisconsin, is where art meets engineering.

Our Capabilities
DTF Printing (Direct-to-Film)
Our flagship DTF line delivers Pantone-accurate, full-colour prints with a soft hand-feel on cotton, polyester, blends and even nylon. No per-colour setup fees. From 3 units to 5,000+, every print survives 50+ wash cycles without cracking or fading. Ideal for streetwear drops, brand merch, and team uniforms.
DTG Printing (Direct-to-Garment)
For art-led drops with gradients, photography and fine detail, DTG prints water-based ink straight into the fibre — a weightless, photoreal finish at 1200 dpi. Zero setup cost, perfect for 1–50 piece premium runs on 100% cotton and high-cotton blends. Eco-conscious, water-based inks.
Embroidery & Accessories
Multi-head embroidery up to 15 colours for caps, hoodies, jackets and patches. Woven labels, chenille patches, 3D puff, and branded metal hardware (zips, rivets, plates). The tactile details that move a brand from merch to label — sourced to outlast the garment they're stitched to.
Custom Apparel & Brand Packaging
House blanks including heavyweight tees, pullover hoodies, snapback caps and tank tops — all ready for custom print or embroidery. Add custom woven labels, printed hangtags, care labels, poly bags, tissue and retail-ready packaging to give your brand a polished, shelf-ready finish.
